Refund Policy

Our goal at tinydesignz.org is to make sure you have a great shopping experience with us.  We also love for our customers to enjoy the products they purchase from tinydesignz.org

But if for any reason, you would like to return your purchased product(s), or would like to request a refund, then do not worry.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds

We refund all items, including sale items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 5 to 10 days).

 

Late or missing refunds 

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges and Shipping

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your item (s), send us an email at tinydesignz1@gmail.com
